Return Policy

At Old School Wood Designs, each board is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because every piece of wood is unique, no two boards will ever look exactly alike.

Please Note: Because we work with natural wood, each piece will have its own distinct grain patterns, knots, and color variations. The product you receive will be crafted in the same style as pictured, but no two boards will ever look exactly alike. These natural variations are not considered defects, but rather part of the beauty of a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind product.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only for store credit toward the purchase of a new board.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Engraved Items: Custom engraved boards are non-returnable unless there was an engraving error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue store credit.
